By downloading or using Splito you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the app.

2. Description of service

Splito is a group expense tracking app provided by CompaData. It is provided free of charge with no warranty of uninterrupted availability.

3. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of expense data you enter.
• You must not use Splito for illegal purposes or to harass others.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the service.

4. Intellectual property

The Splito app, logo, and underlying code are © CompaData. Expense data you create remains yours.

5. Limitation of liability

Splito is provided "as is". CompaData is not liable for financial decisions made based on data in the app.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
